Soaked in southwest sunshine, this fully accessible apartment features a cosy king-size bedroom, a spacious rainfall shower room, and an inviting open-plan kitchen and living area. It also boasts our largest corner sofa, ideal for stretching out after a day in the sun, and a 55" Smart TV for movie nights in.

Smartly designed and thoughtfully styled, Apartment One is perfect for beach breaks, work trips, or longer seaside stays.

The apartment can accommodate up to three guests, with a single fold-out bed available for an additional £20 per night (get in touch for longer stays) — though it’s best suited to two for a more comfortable stay.

As an added perk, guests of Pelican House benefit from exclusive access to a premium local gym and spa throughout June to September— just an 8-minute walk away — featuring cutting-edge fitness facilities, a 20-metre pool, sauna, steam room, and bubble pool. Outside of these months guests can purchase passes for £20 each.

Limited on-site parking is available for £10 per night — just be sure to book in advance. There’s also a large public car park a 5-minute walk away, and street parking nearby.

🛏 Extra Bed / Little Guests

We can provide a fold-out single bed for a third guest (£20 fee), and travel cots at no charge — just let us know in advance so we can set things up for you.

🐶 Pet-Friendly

We welcome one well-behaved dog for an additional £20 cleaning fee. With the beach just minutes away, it’s the perfect base for coastal walks — especially with designated dog-friendly beach zones nearby year-round.
