Apartment Ten, Pelican House, is a bright, open and personality-filled two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, right at the front of the building. It’s a fun and comfortable space — ideal for small families.
There’s a king-size bed in the main bedroom, bunk beds in the second, and quirky slatted walls that add a little architectural charm. The open-plan living space includes a comfy sofa, a bar-height dining table, and extra-tall windows that let the sunshine pour in. Bonus: there’s also a washing machine to make longer stays even easier.
The apartment can accommodate up to four guests comfortably. A travel cot and highchair can also be provided at no extra cost.
As an added perk, guests of Pelican House benefit from exclusive access to a premium local gym and spa throughout June to September— just an 8-minute walk away — featuring cutting-edge fitness facilities, a 20-metre pool, sauna, steam room, and bubble pool. Outside of these months guests can purchase passes for £20 each.

Limited on-site parking is available for £10 per night — just be sure to book in advance. There’s also a large public car park a 5-minute walk away, and street parking nearby.
