There’s a dining table for two, a 50-inch Smart TV for chilled evenings, and a good-sized shower room stocked with soft towels and essentials.

The apartment can accommodate up to three guests, with a single fold-out bed available for an additional £20 per night (get in touch for longer stays) — though it’s best suited to two for a more comfortable stay.

As an added perk, guests of Pelican House benefit from exclusive access to a premium local gym and spa throughout June to September— just an 8-minute walk away — featuring cutting-edge fitness facilities, a 20-metre pool, sauna, steam room, and bubble pool. Outside of these months guests can purchase passes for £20 each.

Limited on-site parking is available for £10 per night — just be sure to book in advance. There’s also a large public car park a 5-minute walk away, and street parking nearby.

A single fold-out bed is available for a third guest (£20 fee for setup and linen). A travel cot and highchair is also available on request at no charge.
